Prayer for Church Leaders
Pray for our Mission Leadership Summit as pastors and other key leaders gather at Longford this Tuesday, July 28. Pray for this opportunity to share good news in a time of uncertainty and anxiety.
Pray for Karen Buckney and Rodney Marshall as they continue to play a vital role assisting our churches in so many ways as needed.
Prayer for Migrant Communities
Our Tasmanian community is rapidly changing with many new nationalities represented on our streets. Pray for Joel Ortiz and other pastors of migrant and refugee congregations.
Prayer for our Church Communities
The Point Baptist Church 5pm service has recommenced. However, the venue has changed due to the pandemic. For the foreseeable future they will meet at the Cormorant café, upper-deck at the Seahorse World. Next Sunday Craig Hawkins is the speaker. A new 31-day devotional by Ray Hawkins, No Soft Option, about leadership and ministry is available. Find out more on this week’s NEWS page of the ADVANCE | step by step >>>
Pray for wisdom and safety for:
Our churches that are re-opening services.
Our churches that are not yet opening their services.
That all our fellowships will be open to any new directions into which God is leading.
Prayer of Thanksgiving
On Sunday August 2, all churches across the state are encouraged to pray prayers of thanksgiving for the way in which our government have handled the COVID-19 crisis.
