Visioning Sermon Series Feb 14-Mar 14
2021 marks a pivotal moment in the life of Hobart Baptist Church.
Finally, the upgrade of the buildings will be completed and our plans to be a church “in the city for the city” in new and fresh ways are about to be realised. Hobart Baptist has a long, a proud engagement with, and ministry into, the city of Hobart. We are about to step over a threshold into a new phase in the life of the church.
Our prayer is that God enables us “to make Jesus Christ known by growing devoted witnesses for him” and we dream of being a church “prophetically serving” the city of Hobart.
In this vision series we will explore where we already see God at work and look to where God is leading us, particularly in the areas of the arts, multi-cultural, younger generations and our new community centre.
