What on earth are you here for?

When Jesus calls us to follow him, he calls us to a particular lifestyle.

There are many different voices that speak into our lives and the task for us is to discern the voice of God rather than the voice of society, our ego or our self-interest. That is challenging enough, but all of this is apart from actually discerning the vocation God is calling us to in our lives. That can change according to the phases of our lives and the different areas in our lives, e.g., as parent and as an employee. 

No matter where we are in our journey, we all face the question of how we best follow the calling God has spoken into our lives, whether that be at work, school, home, retired, unwell or on holidays.

In this series we will look at four aspects of the lifestyle Jesus calls us to live.
