Church Members’ Meeting Outcomes

A Church Members’ Meeting was held in the Gibson Hall following the 10am service on Sunday 2 July 2023.

Minutes from the Members’ Meeting held on 26 March 2023 were confirmed.

Minutes of a Special Members’ Meeting held on 7 May 2023 were confirmed.

The Senior Pastor’s and Secretary’s Report were received.

The Financial Statements for the period 1 July 2022 – 31 March 2023 were confirmed.

Members accepted the Draft Budget for 1 July 2023 – 30 June 2024.
The budget requires a weekly offering of $2,045, which is higher than the weekly offering achieved in the 2022-23 FY.

The Members at the meeting agreed to the recommendation that “An auditor not be appointed for the current financial year”.
